As we all know, student life is a filthy one, and as a result many of our greens and veggies our mothers' hound us to eat are often forgotten about when we move away from home. This is true for this unfortunate, neglected head of lettuce. After fermenting in the fridge for god knows how long, I took the opportunity to analyze and study the smelly vegetable, much to the dislike of my neighboring desk. The decomposition was extraordinary, the colours, the slimes and the textures, all made for a riveting photographic experience.
